Hispanic Latino Franchise Leadership Council

Focusing on the financial empowerment of the Hispanic and Latino communities.

Since its founding in 2022, the Hispanic Latino Franchise Leadership Council (HLFLC) has been championing education, enhancing the economic impact of Hispanic and Latino communities, and promoting franchising as a model for creating generational wealth

Through education, advocacy and leadership with a uniquely Hispanic perspective, the HLFLC:

  • Fosters awareness, understanding, and access to franchise opportunities for Hispanic/Latino entrepreneurs.
  • Amplifies the success of current franchise owners
  • Engages and inspires future franchisees by participating in educational sessions at franchise expos and trainings throughout the year.
  • Offers franchising educational content in Spanish to reach a wide audience.

Other resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities from the HLFLC include:

  • Seminars and workshops specifically tailored to overcome barriers Hispanic and Latino entrepreneurs might face, such as access to financing and navigating the complexities of franchise agreements.
  • Networking events that facilitate a mentorship culture.
  • Advocating for Hispanic and Latino franchisees to ensure their voices are heard in broader economic and policy discussions.
